Day by Day

We went out tonight with James, Michelle, Kyndell,Kacey and Pepere.  I am not sure how Michelle does it, but she is always happy and content...a lot like Bob, I guess.  When you are around her, you just want to be her.  She has a great outlook on things and she handles everything well.  She seems like a great mom and hostess, friendly and easy to talk to.  I wish we lived closer so our kids could know her better and their cousins  better....although I think Keera and Kasey would reek havoc. lol

Bob took the kids to Walmart and Brendan and Keera bought me a birthday present.....4 different kinds of chocolate.  Peppermint patties, russell stovers, chocolate chips and ferrari (?).  Brendan said, "I didn't know if that was too much chocolate.  I said...."there is never enough chocolate for me."

So, I turned 42 today.  It was a great day.  I had my kids and Bob with me all day.  We went to Broadway on the beach in MB and then dinner with his sister's family and Pepere.  I started the day by running and it was such a refreshing day.  But I have to admit that as I ran, I shed a few literal tears.  I think the hustle an bustle and stress of the season, the trip and just things in general finally came out.   It was quick and then I move on, but it was good too.  I like 42 (so far) and I love where I am at in life right now, even though things are perfectly perfect.
