Keera-the drama queen

I was coaching Katie's basketball team last night and Bob was in the stands with Keera.  Keera had found one of her little "boy" friends to play with but unfortunately it sounds as though he had two mean boys playing with him.  I guess the three of them picked Keera up and then dropped her???? At any rate, I watch her, in the midst of the game, come crying into the gym, limping (which disappeared after the drama did).  Tracey said, "Ooh there is Keera crying."  Tracey was next to me as my assistant coach.  Bob picks her up and holds her, so my attention went back to the game, but not for long.

Next thing I know, Tracey is kind of laughing at Keera who is dragging her foot all the way over to the bench, crying the whole way and trying to tell me her story (I really do give her a lot of attention-you would think she gets none with the way she was acting).  Finally she gave up on me since I was asking her to stop crying and to sit...she dragged herself by us, by the game clock, by the other bench (crying the whole way), by the game and ref who was trying to run up the sidelines and out of the gym.

It took Bob about a minute and thank goodness he got up to go find her.
"What a drama queen", Tracey said.
I said, "You don't know thte half of it."
