Roast Beef Saturdays

The next door Village Greene has once again started their once a month roast beef on Saturday deal.  It is a huge roast beef sandwhich (which I don't eat since becoming a vegetarian) and a huge serving of macaroni salad that is to die for.  The start in September and end in May.  We even put it on our calendar...silly us.

Writing

Who would have thought it would feel so fulfilling to write a dissertation?  I cannot believe how into I get when I am working on it.  I don't know how it will all end, but so far, I am really excited to be doing it.  I just wish I had many more hours in the day to do things I like.
